Who is responsible

Piksel & Co Digital LLC, Delaware, USA, operates Hospitality Management Degrees. We are an independent directory, not a university or admissions office. For any privacy request use the contact page, or e-mail hello@hospitalitymanagementdegrees.com. A postal address is not published.

Saved schools and comparison lists

Your saved schools and comparison list are stored in your browser (local storage) on your device. They are not sent to us until you open a page that displays them, and then only the identifiers in the page address. Clear your browser data to remove them.

Location

The site never asks for your location automatically. If a feature offers it, it runs only when you press the button.

Forms

When you submit an institution or program, claim a profile, suggest a correction, contact us, ask about advertising, or request information, we store what you enter to review and answer it. Forms collect the name and e-mail address of an adult, and optionally a phone number, your country of residence, the degree level and subject you are interested in, and your intended intake. We keep such records for as long as needed for that purpose and in any case no longer than two years after the matter is closed, unless law requires otherwise. You must be an adult to use the request form; we do not knowingly collect children’s data.

Request Information is sent to the single institution named on the form, and only if you tick the consent box naming that institution. We forward it manually; we do not contact institutions automatically and we do not sell or pass your details to anyone else. A request is not an application, and the institution then handles your details under its own privacy policy.

Marketing is separate. A separate, unticked box asks whether you would like to receive other information from us. Leaving it unticked does not affect your request, and you can withdraw consent at any time.

Anonymous counts

We count page and click events (for example sponsored impressions and outbound clicks) using a daily rotating hash of network address and browser type, so individual visitors are not identifiable across days. Raw IP addresses are used only for rate limiting and spam defence and are not stored with form data in readable form. Bots are excluded.

Cookies and analytics

This site currently sets no cookies and loads no third-party analytics or advertising scripts. If that changes, a consent choice will be offered first and this page updated.

Fonts are served from this site, not from a third party. Outbound links go to institutions, authorities and other sites with their own policies. Institution logos, where shown, are loaded from the institution's own website.

Your rights

You may ask us to access, correct, export or delete the personal data we hold about you, and to object to or restrict processing, by e-mailing us. If you are in the EU/EEA, the UK or Türkiye you may also complain to your local data-protection authority.

Representatives of institutions

If you claim a profile we store your work contact details and how your identity was verified, in order to keep an audit trail of who can request changes.
